Noemi Tedeschi Blankett was born in Genova, Italy, and moved to Israel in 1970. She now lives and works in Jerusalem.
She obtained a degree in Humanities from the Universita' Statale, Milano, and continued her studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
